Research Use Only — Bacteriostatic Water
Our bacteriostatic water product is supplied for in‑vitro laboratory or industrial research purposes only. It is NOT intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, medical application, or clinical use. By purchasing this product you represent that you will use it in accordance with applicable law and accepted laboratory practices. This restriction applies to bacteriostatic water only and does not affect our other products.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Services. When you create an account or place an order you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are non‑transferable.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. Prices shown at checkout are the prices applicable at the time you place your order. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping and import/customs charges which are the responsibility of the purchaser. You agree to provide current and accurate payment information.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs processing or other events outside our control. Once products are handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you subject to any consumer rights that apply under local law.
